Bill Crowley
Bill Crowley is a Baltimore native who emerged as a graffiti artist in 1986.
Although he has a BFA in Painting from the Maryland Institute College of Art,
he credits graffiti art as his formal training. He had a constant presence in
the Baltimore graffiti scene until around 2000. He is currently doing a residency
at School 33 in Baltimore and is active in the local arts community. His recent
works have explored psychological, political and spiritual issues.
