David Valle has been a photographer for more than 40 years. He particularly likes images that convey a sense of time. Much of his work is figurative but he also captures landscapes, night scenes, flowers and other natural objects. He is a student of the history of photography and believes that the practice of photography enhances how we see the world around us; there are good images everywhere, the trick is to recognize and capture them. Valle’s work has been exhibited at the Creative Alliance (Baltimore), Jordan Faye Contemporary (Baltimore), Project 1628 (Baltimore), Gallery 1448 (Baltimore), and Shaw Gallery (Northeast Harbor, Maine). He lives in Baltimore and works as a physician and scientist.
